To get the most out of Fimpec’s expertise, involve us already in the project planning stage. This will allow us to make the most of our experience with earlier projects.
We will also assist the customer in finding the best suitable solutions for each project, such as optimal contracting arrangement. Our experts are experienced in all-in contracts, shared contracts, turnkey contracts, and other contract forms.
In our company, we always appoint an expert responsible for a construction management project, who will act as the project’s Construction Manager/Project Manager, if required. If implementation of a construction project so requires, we also provide Project Engineer services and assemble a team of experts corresponding to the project volume and the extent of our involvement for customer support. Furthermore, in smaller projects, construction supervision and safety management can also be included under the Construction Manager’s/Project Manager’s tasks.
Work site supervision tasks and safety management are part and parcel of construction management service
In connection with construction management projects, we carry out supervision and safety management tasks on the scale conditioned by the project and the customer’s needs. This can be supplemented by building services construction management and supervision services, as well as installation management and supervision services, in case of industrial projects.
When our experts are responsible for supervision, we make sure the contractors perform their tasks in accordance with the contracts and schedules, on budget and in compliance with the quality agreed. In supervision tasks, we follow the task list of building construction works site supervision RT 16-11121.
