We are capable of providing our services for all project stages, but experience has shown that for maximum benefit, we should be involved in a project at the earliest stage possible. In such a case, Fimpex’s experience related to planning, work site-level implementation, and costs acquired in the course of earlier projects can be utilised in the best possible way.
During the basic planning/project planning stage, most of the solutions critical from the viewpoint of project execution and budget are made and even up to 90 per cent of the costs are established. This is also the project stage with maximum influence on the costs. Moreover, this is the right stage for planning project implementation and preparation of the most significant construction-related procurements. If we are involved in this stage, we can help our customers with identification of the risks and pitfalls related to the plans, creation of realistic schedules and budgets, and, naturally, implementation thereof.
